Last week I decided to dive into a bit of Balkan culture by trying my hand at making a famous Croatian dessert, Kremsnita. When we travel to Samobor, we’ll be able to taste the real deal! In the meantime, I hope everyone enjoyed trying my attempt at our latest group meeting. I’m posting a video tutorial of how to make it. Fun fact: Kremsnita is sometimes called “Napoleon’s cake,”
because it was Napoleon’s favorite dessert.
